Standard check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. If a home is ready early, we are glad to send a message, but we do not promise early arrival until cleaning and inspection are complete.

Are the homes pet friendly?
Some homes welcome dogs and others do not. The listing page will say clearly when a pet is allowed, and we ask guests to tell us about pets before booking so we can match them with the right courtyard or yard.
Do guests need a car?
It depends on the neighborhood. Downtown, Railyard, and Canyon Road homes are walkable for many guests, while Tesuque and some Eastside homes are better with a car. We describe parking and walkability on every listing.
How do owners get started?
We begin with a conversation, then visit the home to understand its condition, location, licensing needs, and guest fit. If the property is a match, we create a launch plan for readiness, photography, pricing, and maintenance.
