How it began

Founded by Lucia Martinez

Lucia grew up watching her grandparents welcome family into an old adobe near the Plaza. After years in hospitality and local real estate, she began managing a friend's casita during Indian Market week in 2011. That first summer led to a second house, then a third. Today her brother Mateo handles maintenance, her daughter Elena writes much of the guest guides, and a small team of local cleaners prepares each house between stays.
